Step 1: Collect Trip Details with Tally.so

Objective: Gather structured input so AI can craft a personalized itinerary.

1. Sign up for a free Tally.so account.

2. Create a form with these key fields:

📍 Destination (Where are you going?)

📅 Travel Dates (When are you going?)

💰 Budget (Low, Mid-range, or Luxury)

🎭 Interests (Adventure, Food, Culture, Shopping, etc.)

🚗 Preferred Transport (Flight, Train, Car, or Any)

📧 Email Address (Where to send the itinerary)

Enable email notifications so users get a confirmation.

Publish the form and copy the URL.

Step 2: Generate the Itinerary with ChatGPT (via Zapier)

Objective: Let AI research and structure your trip based on real-time recommendations.

1. Go to Zapier and sign up for a free account.

2. Click Create a Zap and select Tally.so as the trigger.

3. Choose New Form Submission as the event.

4. Connect your Tally account and select your form.

5. Add an Action: Choose ChatGPT (OpenAI API).

Use this custom prompt:

Generate a [Travel Dates] itinerary for [Destination].

Budget: [Budget].

Interests: [Interests].

Preferred transport: [Transport].

Provide morning, afternoon, and evening activity suggestions.

Include top-rated restaurants, must-visit places, and estimated costs.

Set the response format to Text for structured output.

Configure the email details:
